Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of training newly hired instructors and leveraging instructional design best practices to create engaging and effective learning environments. My expertise spans course frameworks, product development and design, training methodologies, educational technology, e-learning, adult education, and student experience enhancement.

I hold both a master's and bachelor's degree in Informatics from Indiana University, and I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Instructional Systems Design from the same institution.
